Job Title: Part-time Operations Assistant
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Status: Part-time; Flexible. 20-25 hours per week. Possible full-time 40 hours per week. You will create your own daily schedule between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You may have another job or be a full-time student, and change your schedule weekly if needed. Schedule can change around your weekly circumstances as long as you get your job done.

Job Summary: Assist the Operations Manager with booking hotels, transportation, completing itineraries, requesting contracts from vendors, assisting with interpretation equipment quotes, and managing events. Assist with website content management and marketing materials.

Required Qualifications:
1. Japanese language ability preferred, but not required.
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Good organizational skills
4. Knowledge of Japanese travel industry preferred but not required
5. Excellent problem solving skills
6. Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
7. Ability to communicate in English to local vendors and partners
8. Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
9. Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver preferred, but not required.

Location: Las Vegas head office

Job Summary: Outside Sales is a newly created position to market and develop sales for our ACE Destination Management Division. ACE is a Destination Management Company that provides local support for events. Services we provide include airport transfers, event shuttles, language staffing, banquet planning, entertainment, venue buy outs, charter flights, corporate tour planning, registration management, registration web sites.

This position is flexible with 20-35 hours per week with a base salary and profit sharing bonus. Hours are flexible and can be managed around other daily commitments you may have. You have the ability to set your own schedule each week and set your own goals. We provide flexibility to allow you to balance your life with other areas that you have commitments to including family, other jobs, other responsibilities, etc.

This position begins with a 90-day performance test period. During this performance test period, we train and evaluate your abilities to contract your first sale with a new client. If you are able to prove your abilities and contribution, we will convert you into a permanent team member beyond the 90-day performance test period.

You will be given several of our web site templates to modify and customize to present to potential clients. We also haver easily editable brochures in Word that can be modified for clients. You will have all the tools necessary to do your job well and succeed, as well as necessary leadership to support you.

This position is titled Outside Event Sales Development, which means there are no active leads or incoming inquiries to respond to. You will create your own sales territory and identify potential clients through various membership organizations.

Job Title: Transportation Sales Development
Location: Las Vegas head office
Status: Full-time flexible or Part time flexible 15-20 hours per week

Salary: Based on experience + commission + profit sharing after 90 days.

Job Summary: Research and identify possible events that require transportation arrangements. Contact event hosts or event managers and provide transportation solutions for their event. Create a competitive quote and presentation to match the needs of the event.

This position has a 60 day sales development requirement. Within 60 days, you should be able to complete at least $5,000 in gross sales, or contract for at least $5,000 in future transportation arrangements.

You will be given access to sales tools already created including brochures, web site pages, lead opportunities.
